Individual singing lessons
Our voice is our innate musical instrument. Singing is as natural as breathing. A lot of times people come to singing lessons just to release some inner emotions by means of singing. They claim to feel euphoric and “light” afterwards. Everyone is welcome! No limits of age and level of skills. Having fun by making music with your voice is a great start!
The styles that I work in are: jazz, pop, rock, musical. The technical accents of my singing lessons are: breathing, warming up, exercises for evening the registers and expanding the range of the voice; microphone technique. We work over repertoire and improvisation (optional) in our interpretation time. The student has the absolute freedom of choosing their songs. I gladly recommend repertoire, when needed!
Preparation for singing exams, castings, concerts and competitions. Singing is a great help when learning foreign languages! We do concerts, workshops and lectures at regular intervals to get more thrill and inspiration. The lessons can be done in Bulgarian, English or German language.
Individual piano lessons
I welcome everyone, who at a certain point of his/her live has felt the desire to get familiar with the most powerful and expressive musical instrument to the piano lessons. Beginners, advanced, children, grownups, aiming the “big stage”, or making it just for fun – all are welcome. We play different styles: classical music, film music, pop, rock, musical and evergreens. We do concerts, workshops and lectures at regular intervals to get more thrill and inspiration. The lessons can be done in Bulgarian, English or German language.
Music for children
Group classes: 3-4 and 5-6 years old.
The great beneficial influence of music over the forming of human consciousness is well-known. It’s been scientifically proven that children, who constantly experience any kind of musical activity, reveal stronger memory, concentration, understanding and emotional ability. While working with children in Germany and Bulgaria, I had the chance to experience personally the ingenuous ability of music to provoke and develop new skills, to form an artistic and inspired perception of the world around us. So I came to the idea of elaborating a program of bilingual children songs. The lyrics appear in both - mother and foreign languages (Bulgarian-English or Bulgarian-German). By means of musically experiencing words, the children obtain a fully spontaneous introduction to a new language. Collaborating rhythm and melody of music with rhythm and melody of lyrics we “experience” instead of “memorize” the new material, and learn while singing, dancing and having fun!
The music and the lyrics of the songs have been composed with a purpose – to correspond by content and difficulty to children in certain age. We sing about our family, about the weather, about the colors, numbers, days of the week etc. We combine the bilingual songs with popular English, Bulgarian or German songs, so that the variety of musical impressions can be preserved.
The classes are set by mostly 6 children, formed in groups by age. The program is suitable for kids between 3 and 6 years.
